Harbhajan Singh reflects on the IPL's biggest controversy involving him and Sreesanth: 'Insaan hu, Bhagwaan nahi'.

 Former India cricketer Harbhajan Singh on Sunday (30 March) acknowledged his mistake of slapping Sreesanth on the pitch during the inaugural season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2008. 

The incident remains one of the most significant controversies in the history of the cash-rich league. Singh was subsequently banned from participating in the remainder of the tournament that year.



Replying to a video from the day the incident occurred, Harbhajan stated, "This wasn’t right, bhai. It was my mistake. I shouldn't have done this. However, mistakes happen—I'm human, not God."
